Formula Philosophy
To enhance this traditional formulation Christopher Hobbs, Secara's Chief Herbalist, has added scientifically tested Saw Palmetto standardized extract. Clinical trials have shown this phyto-medicine to reduce symptoms associated with benign prostate hyperplasia and to increase urine flow. Cordyceps Mushroom extract was added to increase sex drive and promote energy, and for its kidney-supporting and anti-cancer effects. Organic Cinnamon Bark and Cinnamon Oleo Resin were substituted for the traditional Sichuan Aconite Root (Fu Zi), which is toxic.
